The Sian Bradwell Softball Tournament is the main fundraiser for the Sian Bradwell Fund, which purchases medical equipment for the better diagnosis and treatment of children with cancer (Montreal Children's Hospital).

Individual trophies are awarded to all teams reaching the finals.
